June Countdown Program opinion

My opinion is that although this program is really beneficial, you are also stopping non-multiplayer players from getting so much stubs. This is a prime example of "The rich keep getting richer" because you have to be able to play multiplayer modes in order to finish this program, like you can earn so much stubs even without this program on multiplayer. SDS, y'all gotta help offline players too, its extremely unfair for them not being able to finish this program.

Here we go again! Ill start with they need to do a better job at accommodating both player bases. There is already a post on here with 285 comments giving their opinions on this program. We dont need another post about it.
They give plenty to offline players that online players do not get. And vice versa. There you go I just summed up the 285 comments for you.

I like this program quite a bit. But, it is weirdly kinda pitched as a "catch up" program - catch up on exp.
But, the people who most need to catch up are probably casuals who will have a hard time finishing the program. The people who will have an easy time...probably dont really need the exp. Its just a wheel spin to them (big deal)

@Christuffer9917_PSN offline players get plenty of help. You also get cards that are solely obtainable from offline only and you still are able to purchase the online cards as well from the market.

With the exception of Mauer they are usually subpar and most importantly not sellable
Most offline players I know want those cards back in the programs where they used to be

@Teak2112_MLBTS it doesn’t change the fact they are locked behind offline play only. And if you don’t do them you are already like 5-6 cards behind for any collection that comes out.

Just about nobody likes this and there is no profit in it so lets not pretend this throws offline players a bone, it just pisses off online players

I’m anxiously awaiting the offline program that offers 90k XP, a couple of cards, a few packs and 90k stubs.
It’s gonna be really fun to grind! (Sarcasm….)

They already exist. They’re called miniseasons.

@JDHalfrack_PSN difficult to get that kind of XP out of a mini season without playing 28 games tho lol
that’s how they fragmented it this year it seems - offline way better for stubs (and, yes, annoyingly, necessary for connections even besides that), online way better for XP

Please point me to a mini season that earns you 90k stubs. What I see is a bunch of packs that you are most likely to pull base round on, earning minimal stubs in the process. Sure the packs look good for the newest one until you look at the ones you get for normal missions vs the ones that require HOF.
Since you can't sell offline reward cards and offline programs don't reward stubs it all boils down to pack luck. Even the best pack in the summer program will most likely only net 5k.
So I agree with the original poster that it is a case of the rich get richer. Diamond quest allows you to sell cards but you have to be able to play at higher difficulties or keep your fingers crossed for a coin flip. The degrom showdown certainly wasn't doable for those who can't hit on higher difficulties.

It seems the biggest complaint from offline players is not recieving enough xp for the inning path. Please tell me when this year has the xp inning path been remotely good? Or rewarding besides the boss packs? You guys literally just complain to complain.
Turn the attention back to where it belongs. Sds needs to accommodate both players. Both player bases dislike having to play whatever it is. Online or offline that they prefer. And we both lose out on both sides if we refuse to play them.
