One of the worst programs I have seen
-
@PriorFir4383355_XBL I mean it’s not real money and it’s 1.5k stubs
-
@MarioMendoza935_XBL me too man, me too. If it’s cumulative, I might give it a go. If I have to spend 7 to 10 K of my hundred thousand stubs to win 75 maybe I’ll do it.
-
Im not there yet - is it 5 wins in a single BR entry? If so, thats easily the hardest one. Or is it just 5 total wins?
24k is a breeze in a game against cpu - go extra innings if you really need
-
@Sarge1387_PSN ugh, how are the other hard missions? Somewhat manageable?

-
@PriorFir4383355_XBL *In game Currency.
-
No one is playing BR so they are trying to push people to it.
-
@Sarge1387_PSN ugh, how are the other hard missions? Somewhat manageable?

Honestly they aren't as hard as I was expecting. I assumed it would be way worse. I haven't started on them yet but it seems doable.
5 wins in BR
10 hits in a single MP game
15 runs in ranked
24ks in a single game
1,000 PXP with Castellanos -
@Pergo_MLBTS yeah that five BR win is gonna be impossible for me, I’m just not good enough. As a completionist, this sticks in my craw.
The rest are fairly easily accomplished win or lose
-
Yeah I’m not doing the BR I’d lose every game for a mlb the show pack and out 1500
If I were flush with stubs I’d try though
-
@Sarge1387_PSN Yeah that one could be tricky for sure. Will completely depend on who you match up with I guess. I'm hoping that because of this program there are some other normal level players in there like me, but we'll see.
-
They should have made BR free this weekend to get more player involvement
Hint to SDS: do that and you’ll see a lot of engagement
It’s a cool mode but the 1500 is steep for us crappy players
-
@JenkinMeyer_PSN Good call. That would have been nice.
-
Here is a thought! If no one is playing battle royale sds. Bring back the battle royale program. Geee what a thought.
-
I have no friends who play this game
I thought we were friends

-
@JenkinMeyer_PSN since they basically killed it a good portion of players in there are sweaty trying to get what like 10-15k toward the inning path.
-
@mariomendoza935_xbl well if your willing to play a switch player then I'm down, side note yes we are friends on here but I have no friends that are actually willing to play this game
-
Or they’re just playing and not sweaty and don’t care if they lose
I’m the ultimate guy to play against I’ll throw meatballs all day long and give two tosses
Once you just don’t care if you win or lose you actually just have fun. Even if you play a 1000 WS guy just notice how he pitches to make yourself better and let him run rule you
No harm. You can learn a lot
Moonshot is actually amazing at this because you can see how the WS guys can dot you with commons. They’re a different breed but it’s fun to swing and hit one
Even if they’re just toying with you 90% give or take are non-toxic players just chilling
Now I speak from the 400-600 range so maybe I’m oblivious to what goes on in the 800’s+
I can say with certainty that in 400-600 you run into maybe 1/10 that are toxic, the rest are just other cool players
-
@JenkinMeyer_PSN I run into toxic people. Who cares. I find it kind of funny. I just play my game. They replay home runs. Doesnt bother me. Its all part of the game.
There is only one thing that makes me angry as far as game play. Besides the overall bad game play. Thats when I hit under 300 online with a premium card I worked hard to get. Irks me to no end. Dont know why it bothers me so much.
-
My only annoyance with the replays and otherwise toxic [censored] is it’s like “hey, we’re on our own time here, why are you wasting both our times gloating when I put in Ryne Stanek common”
Respect each other’s time
That’s the kind of stuff that puts people OFF The online try
But as I said, that’s 1/10 people most people are cool as hell
Everyone reads all the horror stories but online is fun if they’d just try it-
Not to the tune of 1500 per entry but events, at least
-
@JenkinMeyer_PSN sometimes I hit the replay button for their homeruns to help with any possible toxicity.
