Hi,
I have been playing this game for the last 7 years, always using the marketplace and playing the game legit. Last week I was restricted from using the app for what I suspect was the anti-bot system flagging my account. I made a lot of transactions for silver to gold exchanges and roster update investments. I have sent in about 5 tickets with no communication at all from SDS. This is very disappointing as I hoped for a response or acknowledgment of some kind by now. Any kind of help is appreciated!

Had the same thing happen to me about a month ago, right before a big collection. I was still able to use the marketplace in game during the restriction, but definitely not ideal.
Thankfully I did get a response, but it was probably 4-5 days from when I first submitted the ticket on a Wednesday/Thursday night (I think). Hope you hear back soon, especially with the weekend being over. If I remember it was Tuesday morning I got the response, but hoping yours comes quickly.
