XBOX Users Can't Connect for OVER 12 HOURS!

I can't connect to The Show Online.
I have tried restarting my console and disconnecting and re-connecting it to the internet without success.
Please fix your servers!!! This happens every week!
And EXTEND the inning program for every day this stuff goes on. Because part of why I couldn't finish the second inning is because Diamond Dynasty was inaccessible for a couple days.
EDIT: This has been going on for over 12 hours and all anyone has gotten from sending in support tickets is automated responses. We all want these servers fixed NOW and we want compensation for the missed gameplay time. Stubs, packs, double xp, something, anything. For the xbox servers to be down this long with no answers is inexcusable.

This year's game has had horrible issues. Minor issues are one thing but this is a major issue that should have been resolved quickly.

@LadySwampfox_XBL two weekends ago when the pack glitch was getting everyone free packs they came in on a Sunday and had that fixed in mere hours... It's actually quite comical how they have shown their EA tendencies every chance they have gotten this year.
