Manager Mode: You're so close.

I want to thank you for continuing to offer this option. I know that those of us old school baseball simmers are a small group and you don't have much incentive to listen to us or improve this aspect of the game. However, the improvements you have made to date are much appreciated. We are so close to the promised land!

The last thing that needs adjusting is to somehow fix the gameplay to bring strikeout and walk rates inline. Currently, the human manager's team ends up with the most offensive and pitching strikeouts in the league by quite a bit, and the least amount of walks. There doesn't seem to be a slider correction that can fix this without throwing off other aspects of the sim.

I obviously don't know what the root of the problem is, but if you guys ever fix this, you can dominate our little small, but loyal corner of the market.
