Does the new mobile game tie into your DD?

I'm not for playing games on the phone but I thought I'd try this out since they're advertising it everywhere.
Does this tie into your DD account or is it a separate game?

so this is pay to play as well? you can't play like a offline season?

I put my impressions in a dedicated thread.
The game does not tie into the console version at all and is very much it's own thing. It feels like a card battler as much as a baseball game. There are only 3 modes I saw. Moments, Head To Head (which does not appear to be real time) and Season (which appears to be only 15 potential games with you needing to reach a certain win threshold to advance.)
It is a free mobile game through and through with all of the battle passes and expensive store items and maybe even some timer mechanics thrown in as well.
Enjoyable enough to play but it is not trying to be the mobile version of the console game.

Is this only available in United States...Im currently in Colombia and I could not log in to the mobile game..it gave me an time zone error.. Though Im im the same time zone I live in, in the us. Weird
