Puzzle to solve how does inning end with 2 outs?

So just now I was playing online ranked diamond dynasty. My team was batting a player was hit by a pitch. Another player struck out on high fastball. The player who was hit by a pitch still second the next guy up strikes out looking the next guy comes up hits for a single... According to the game lock, that's what happened according to the video replay and in game video. It's a foul ball but also third out. I'm very very confused how this happened. It just seems so so buggy still

Braves batting. Bazzana was hit by a pitch. Bryant struck out on a high fastball. Bazzana stole 2nd. Bench was called out on strikes looking on an inside fastball. Smith hit for a single.
Runs: 0 Hits: 1 Walks: 0 Errors: 0 Pitches: 13 Runners Left On: 0That’s the game log, I’m going to guess that Bazzana got thrown out trying to come home on the single and game just didn’t record it.
