Unable to search games in game log

I am trying to use the Game Log API to grab data about games I have played, but whenever I try to seach a game with the ID I get "Game not found" error message. For example, I am trying to use ID 786423478 (https://mlb26.theshow.com/apis/game_log.json?id=786423478), but I am getting the game not found message.
Any help would be appreciated.

I know this ID is valid per https://mlb26.theshow.com/apis/game_history.json?username=THE GWARBOYS&platform=xbl&mode=arena
