Over a slight fat lip and a bruise? Not even a deep bruise…superficial red marks on the cheek. Her lip wasn’t even hardly swollen.
Obviously Bauer was under the impression it was consensual and they were on good terms. Bauer might be a weird POS for enjoying rough bedroom behavior, but nobody put a gun to this girls head and made her do anything.
What is fair in consensual rough bedroom behavior? I have no idea, but I would think slapping, pulling hair, etc is fair game.

It's OK to question things but the thing here is you aren't questioning. You are making it clear you 100% believe Bauer and don't believe the woman at all. It's OK to point out other possibilities as long as you are also willing to accept that Bauer might be guilty as well. The fact that you are so adamantly against the accuser and for the accused is why you sound like a rape apologist. I'm willing to accept it might be a money grab and believe she should be charged with whatever she can be if it is but I also know how many men with power are creeps so I understand that what she is reporting is also a very likely scenario especially considering the police got involved and recorded conversations and then granted a restraining order. -
