I got randy and Ruth.. how do I collect the 30 000 XP for the 3rd inning I locked them in back dont see the voucher?

You reconsider if you need it, or you'd prefer the 140k stubs you might get from selling babe and Randy (and that number may go up given that a lot of people didn't finish 2nd inning)
