I don’t play that mode much. When I have played, I run away from that thing that chases you and so far haven’t been caught. I know the penalties if you lose to it, but how hard is it to beat?

Yes!!!! 2 hours and you dont get the reward at 89%. Meanwhile the cheaters turn on the cheating software, go to bed, wake up, and have 5 of each card ready to sell.

Sds wants to punish the players who arent cheating while doing absolutely nothing about the entire discord of cheaters. How about a cease and desist! Wow!!! Crazy idea.

I missed on Parker at 86%

What is frustrating though is this is supposed to be a roguelike, but there isnt any carry over. Its a total reset, so the fact that I had a great run means nothing to the next run.

Roguelikes need both variety in runs and some form of progression. I did most moments twice (or more) the first time through, and didn't buy anything out of the peanut shop the first time because winning the game isnt the issue and none of it is that impactful.

Just save the progress so I can 100% the next run.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN I know, to I ve mentioned this. When you bunt what do you do with the left stick? Are you using it to aim or just bunting.

Also what is your lineup of you dont mind disclosing.

I always point LS at second base. Worked for me last year. This year I just play and win much more often than I lose.

I have to think it’s a barometer of the time I’ve spent playing and getting better at hitting. But, after reading Ditka’s post on 144hz settings I upgraded my monitor and changed my settings and after a few weeks moments are no longer something I dread.

It’s just so lame to just sit and bunt all day, to me. Just wish they’d make the mode better and less bullshitty.

The worst part about the diamond quest mode is when your internet hiccups and you’re in a stadium game and you just lose it all. Similar to WBC minseasons due to the 1 game in each of the last 3 games.

Which is why new threads is the best miniseasons - at least if internet screws you or their servers you lost one game of 3 and can recuperate

Losing all progress and time to internet hiccups is some BS I dare say we can all say sucks badly. Wish they’d save stats and other things mid-game

    Second run
No 5%. Failed a couple of moments (one my fault, the other just RNG). percents in the high 60s. 0-2

So 2 tries in the 80s, two tries int he 60s, only 1 card. All of this would be tolerable if there was a tangible sense of progression. Im just back to square one. Hades this is not.
