It’s astonishing how good SDS is at ignoring any of the big complaints from the community lol. Like you said only reason they gonna do anything about this is YFK made a vid calling it out that almost has 100k views already

Because Last I seen there’s over 40k people in the discord that YFK mentioned in his video and almost no one has been banned from the discord. The guy who’s talking to Kyle has been using the mini season bot for weeks lol. I swear some of y’all are SDS employees on alts. My point is even with nba 2k having a cheating problem this year SDS did nothing this year to combat it and were more focused on nerfing NMS and trying to increase pack sales rather than focus on more important things. Like having literally any anti cheat at all for when the game launched.
"Durrrr you must work for SDS" is what idiots say when they have nothing to say. No i dont live on Discord and no i dont concern myself with actual employees of SDS doing their jobs. I dont dig through forums to make sure people are being reprimanded for beating you in a video game or skirting the system. Its not that important to me. I play the game. I win, i lose....and i move on. Try it sometime.

All we need to know is they focused on putting out a mobile baseball game when they knew all of this was going on. What does that tell you guys? They dont care. Its all about the money. Continue to enjoy the game. Nothing will get fixed. If the cheating gets bad enough most of us will just stop buying and playing. Dont forget about the shrinkage lie. Sometimes when someone or a company shows you who they are. You need to believe them. This company has shown they care about profits above everything else.

Im telling you man. Sds has known about this for a long time. Why else did they take away the ranked innings, and keep taking things away. That was their answer to take things away instead of fixing the issues. Bad business man..

On the flipside, people have absurd expectations. You can't ban someone for being in a discord (which was very recently exposed in the first place). Wait and see what happens in the next few weeks. Are we really expecting the dev that cant get miniseason stats right is going to be faster than any other developer in stopping an organized cheating ring? Which is from a game that has a significantly bigger hit to their profit from the cheating than SDS could ever dream of?

Or, and this may be hard to believe, we just dont care that much. This game, to me, is literally a time waster until 007 comes out...and by the time im done with that, itll be John Wick....the Max Payne remake...GTA 6....and then a lockout in 27. SDS has 2 years to get their [censored] together and decide what kind of game they wanna be in 28. High costs in market or no lifers using bots for anything doesnt control my life like it does other people in here....just like people implying im probably a cheater doesnt. You can check my game logs, check my pack history and see where i stand in the collections. If im a cheater, im probably the absolute worst cheater on the planet.

I'll say it again, that assumes it is the same Dev team working on both projects. Is a mobile developer going to know how to prevent cheating on consoles when it requires PCs, capture cards and 3rd party programs?
They arnt dumb.
And yet, it seems I read messages from users on this forum every day claiming that they are.
I hope SDS can get a handle on it and resolve it to everyone's satisfaction. I just don't think it is nearly as easy to catch and ban these people as some think. If the software/hardware masks itself then that adds difficulty. The demo the guy gave Kyle showed that the program is not always perfect. It can swing early or late. They are not all perfect/perfects. The person can turn it off a few times in a game to avoid suspicion.
If they can't identify the cheat software or hardware then it is an uphill battle. Who is a savvy cheater who knows how to avoid detection and who is a legitimately good player? We don't want false positives or else people start persecuting SDS for different reasons.

They know they have a steaming pile of [censored] out and they devote time to something nobody asked them to make.If you bring this up in the stream they will ban you from chat. But you can still earn your 6 bronze and two silver packs. So we have that going for us, which is nice.
