Let’s just hope they don’t ban regular people who just because they flip a lot without bots. didn’t they disable some people’s app access earlier this season for that? -
@markemark_NSW yeah this is my only worry I flip a lot rn as im unemployed and haven’t been called back to work yet how do they distinguish wether it’s me or a bot can they see the device im flipping from? I mean I flip a lot on my app and it randomly asks me for my Face ID at certain points is this them making sure im a human?

I’m pretty sure, even as incompetent as SDS can be, this is probably aimed at people doing things humanly impossible in short amounts of time. Not casual marketplacers

I think you're fine, I think this one's aimed actual game play cheaters. I use the app to try to flip while at work, never once had an issue so I think you're ok.

Would be nice if someone at SDS came on these forums and said something like: “App is down because (insert reason here) and should be back up (insert time here). “
And then lock the thread from (‘what about my excuse’) replies.

They’re not or ever would publicly reply to anything in regards to cheating or defensive measures etc. can’t fault them on this, it would be like a President going live on TV and saying “this is where we’re most vulnerable and here’s what we’re doing to stop it”
Their lack of communication on things is bad but not in this instance

If bots were the reason it's down they wouldn't be able to say when it's coming back up or the ones running bots would prepare and be ready to jump right back in,

I mean - what or who is really affected by an app outage? And what’s the loss? Stubs?
Let them sus it out. Be patient. I’d rather it be down for a week if they fix the problem.

I'm at the point I hope the app doesn't come back. Sure, I loved the convenience of using it, but in the end, it made the marketplace unusable, and just regular users left chasing their own tails. Time to make the market console only, and fair for everyone.
