What's hilarious is that they added more missions for xp, but about half of the xp you HAVE to earn through ranked and multiplayer. What a joke

Yeah I noticed this too. Shows they are checked out and that wasn’t an adjustment is was a planned drop. They simply do not care about offline players.
If all offline players walked away right now and this cheating online issue resulted in a good chunk of online players calling it quits this game would be completely dead.
I wonder if they realize how close they are to killing their own game?
