Constant disconnecting

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but I'm constantly being disconnected while playing diamond dynasty. I play on a switch, I know not the best, but I don't want to spend money for a ps5 for one game. I've submitted countless feedback and big reports with no response. If anyone else is having this issue, is there a fix? I really want to grind the TA's but am finding it a waste of time if I constantly get disconnected. SDS if you are monitoring this, please fix this.

ComcastCheck your modem. Reset it.

The only disconnect I get is every couple games the game completely closes and I have to boot it back up, but it's mainly happening loading into mini seasons games
