I just recently bought the show 26 deluxe edition on my switch. When I first logged I had the preorder bonuses but it was a new account. I didn’t yet connect my Nintendo account to my The Show account. When I connected my accounts my rewards didn’t show up in my inventory and I emailed the support team 2 days ago but I haven’t heard anything. How long is the waiting period?

Disconnected your Nintendo account and try again. If it gives you two options (accounts) connect the newer account.
