Who actually hit this way? What’s your online batting ave/ division?
Any tips?
I do, granted I am not a great player but I think my average last RS season finished at .300 or just above and I finished in the 600's so all star still. I find it less distracting and a bit easier to hit, I switched to no PCI last season after hearing a few players talk about how it helped them and I haven't looked back. It takes a bit of getting used to though so I wouldn't suggest jumping into online with it right away.

Thanks. I’m all in tonight. I feel better about the “good okays” with the PCI off, Only because you can see the ball come off the bat.

thats what I have been preaching to people this year, PCI feedback is broken, I just go by the sound of the bat essentially, it really makes for a better experience. Doesn't fix fielding lol but it takes away frustrations from hitting.

I use just the dots and I feel like I improved after making the switch
I tend to focus on the dots, not the pitch

I had the time of my life yesterday. 6-1 all rage quitters and one disconnect for me.
No PCI... this is the way!
I played zone last year with no pci indicator and made WS the two seasons I went for it. I batted around .330. Only reason I’m not playing like that this year is because they have the custom PCI so now I only have the diamonds on screen none of the outer ring stuff to distract me.
It’s truly a great way to play, you know the PCI is there you shouldn’t need to see it. It allows you to focus on the ball so much more and you aren’t worried about how big or small someone’s pci is.

The dots get in the way for me

Yea I get that, I like it for now but as soon as I start getting heavy into ranked this year I might go back to no PCI indicator. I’ve been grinding BR and events mainly. I’m only 14-2 in ranked seasons right now on the year. Think I’m going to make a World Series push this season though for Britton.
When you turn it off, do you still push the left stick in the direction you think the ball is gonna go? Or do you leave it alone and just swing?

The PCI is still there, you just can't see it. Made WS or CS each season last year hitting like this.

Right. But do you still move the stick or just leave it alone and hit?

You still move the stick. You’re still playing zone hitting you just can’t see the PCI. It’s probably the best way to play once you get used to it.

How is zone no PCI different from directional?
Because you’re still moving the PCI, it’s still there it just removes the indicator off the screen so it doesn’t distract you.
