Ratings Need to Make Sense Again
-
Ratings should not be based on the meta or randomly thrown together illogically. On no planet is 1999 Randy a 92 rating. He pitched 270 innings with 364 Ks but gave up 30 homers, yet has an HR rate of 67. Can we at least go back to slightly realistic ratings again? We all know DD is not simulation-style baseball, but ratings need to change; this feels silly.

Card is based on his 1998 season. He had a 3.28 era and gave up 23 HRs that season.

@ApolloZ_99_MLBTS I mean no but they could have made the lower overall like expos Randy or Yankees Randy. Not prime Randy Johnson I think that’s more aless what he’s saying.
