Purchased Digital Deluxe on Switch and PS5

I cant access my paid bonus content from Switch on my linked PS5 Account. I would not have bought 2 Deluxe Editions if I knew it would be In-Accessible. Nintendo wont refund the Switch Version and San Diego Studios is not responding to my Support Tickets. I feel like I have been frauded with my purchase as I was unaware that this was going to occur. I am not a MLB Veteran and this is the 1st time I attempted to use cross-play. I just wanted to play my RTTS with cross-play support so when I travel for work I could still play. I have always been a Playstation fan and dont understand why they are treating their customers this way.

Did you check the Microsoft Store?
Also, while the cards are able to be shared between consoles; the stubs that came with the preorder bonus aren't shareable.
