I think I played against a bot last night.

I won the game 12 to 0 and I'm not really good at the game, especially online. They pitched right down the middle almost every pitch and seemed liked they weren't even trying to win.
Is this a thing?

Yeah all the old Bot names from Ranked last year that would match you are back....they would match some ppl and wouldn't others

Well there's the auto generated names but these are just random scrambled letters and numbers hard to track plus there is probably hundreds of accounts if not thousands

That’s crazy. I never knew there where bots in ranked are they in all ranks or just the lower ones?

High ranks WS is infested they boost to sell the rewards then use those stubs to bot the Market

They should go back to having the Show be a Playstation exclusive. Too many XBoxxers are no good cheaters and the switch is just a drag.

Well until MLB runs better on PS I'll stay on Xbox but it does look graphically better on PS

@theBlindRhino_PSN they will never do that and as a company why would they. That would result in loss of so much revenue. It would maybe create a better product for PlayStation player which I am. But I feel this is just unrealistic.

I played on PS5 mainly last year and ran into this. I had no idea what was going on. I was like why would a person go online to lose like this. And I think it was during a 3 inning events game.
So people create these bots for what purpose? How does it tie into their main account?

PS3 era this game was at it's peak. PS4 was incredible too. I think the only bad MLB The Show game in that PS3/PS4 stretch was probably MLB 18.
But imo for DD 21 was the GOAT. They got it right the first time on multi platform but can't seem to get back to the level of 21 since. Even though I like 26's DD second to 21.

@LuvMyXBOX_XBL 21 is the goat it was the last elite instalment of this game. It’s a gem in a bad stretch tho ps3 early ps4 was a stretch of banger after banger of a game for mlb tho.
