Nah, not dumb. I wish there was more options for baseball games out there. I am trying to move off of playing on consoles and instead play 99% of my games on PC. This game is pretty much the only reason my PS5 gets turned on. Wouldn't mind seeing Konami or EA even get into the baseball game market again.

off the top of my head
On the field stuff
- challenge plays besides just at first base
- more tag animations
Off the field stuff
- deeper franchise ( nri, rehab assignments )
- trades with $$$, ptbnl, 3+ teams
- create closer entrances
- better crowd immersion / reactions

They put closer entrances in this year.i know it's just a generic one, but maybe they are testing the waters before putting all the work into personalized ones

I’m a bit disappointed that Edwin Diaz’s entrance was taken out sometime after ‘24. They could add Jhoan Duran’s entrance too.
I’ve never heard Freddie Freeman chants in the series either. They had chants for Jose Altuve and Ha-Seong Kim in ‘24. I’d think they could easily add chants for Freeman.

There isn’t competition
That is what has ruined more sports video games
When there was competition the people who played the video game are the ones who benefited -
Sony doesn't have an exclusive contract with MLB. If a another company wants to make a MLB game, Sony can't stop them. So your pleas should be sent to the company you want to make a MLB game. Kinda silly sending that message here. Unless you don't know better this is a Sony forum.
