So I have sent $400 now on this game just to get locked out of the companion app. This is not fair from SDS to randomly lock actual people out of the app. I flip cards on my phone to make stubs and so do other people. I don’t get to play much since I work two jobs but I still want to get the collections done. Hopefully you guys can fix this.

I literally only play this game bc I can flip cards on the go on my phone. I get nothing good out of any packs and I rely on flipping to get the cards I need to stay comp and now I just get locked out of it for literally zero reason.. ridiculous

The fact that no one has come out to at the very least acknowledge us as customers tell you everything you need to know about the direction of this company.

Here’s a post on Reddit, someone shared the message they received from Support. As always, whenever you have an issue, first thing you should do is submit a support ticket. Posting on the forum hoping you get an answer from SDS rarely works.

@phishfrmvrmnt_PSN Sony doesn't listen to paying customers. Playstation is notorious for having no compassion or basis for filing a complaint for the customers. Some customers have had to resort to filing credit card chargebacks to get money stolen by PlayStation.

I had posted a ticket originally when I couldn't get on the website, and added to it when the app went down.
Now that I'm back in (and have been since last night)... I have to say what they did to get the bots off worked. Haven't seen any, and the profit margins are pretty good. I just really wish there was better communication.
