Love how they make sure we get Trevor McDonald , mason barnett, will wagner, Mathew Lugo and slade Caldwell meanwhile most of the tigers are still missing and the top prospects like Kevin mcgonigle, Max Clark, walker jenkins, Ethan Holliday, bubba chandler, cam smith, drake Baldwin , chase burns, cam schlittler, Connolly early, Peyton tolle, Aidan miller , colt Emerson, Samuel bassallo, Edgar quero, Moises ballesteros, Alex freeland , Sal Stewart, Thomas white, Noah Shultz, Seth Hernandez, Kade Anderson, Liam Doyle, Jamie Arnold, Andrew Fischer, Eli willits, Owen caissie, kyson Witherspoon , Jonah tong, Charlie condon, Justin Crawford, Braden Montgomery, Bryce Matthews, Kristian Campbell, Carson benge, gage jump, Jesus made , Leo de vries , and so many more who already debuted or will debut this year are still missing….. colt keith? they still can’t figure out a way to upload new scans to previous saves and it’s 2026! Kind of wild…. I’m better off waiting til the end of the season to get this game bc I can never finish anything without restarting bc of the new scans they decide to give u halfway thru the season instead of before the games released …. At that point I’m kinda over baseball and the new game will be out in a few months…. Thanks SDS!

I never understood why games add face scans after a game has released when they already have them. I understand doing it with Rookies throughout the year but not players who have been playing multiple years

I hate that the new scans don’t carry over to franchise saves. You basically have to keep starting over.. at least offer the ability to import/export scanned players in franchise. I don’t want to wait till the end of the season to start my franchise

@DTC1313_PSN Pumped they added Griffin, Alcantara, and Cantillo. Hoping they are a bit more aggressive getting prospect face scans this year. Thanks for keeping tabs on this man

Look, on the forums, we've told you multiple times that not all players are required to have a face scan. Most do it to protect their likeness.
This has been told on the forums many times. If you can't understand that, then there's nothing I can do. It's simple understanding.

@Player99_MLBTS def getting tired of all the complaining, but what else are people supposed to do besides complain, we can't get in the lab with SDS lol I've been looking through these forums and I understand players can decline a face scan, which is totally fine. I also know they only really make a concerted effort for scanning during spring training. Still, most of the players end up getting scanned at some point in their career, so do we really think the lack of face scans is because of rights concerns or is it the lack of effort from SDS? My guess is they will say they don't have the time/team size/capabilities to hunt down players they don't get at spring training, but tbh I think that is poor planning or just prioritization of other things. Fifa has way more player scans and has to go across continents lol As a franchise guy, scans are a big deal to me and one of the only reasons I buy the game, especially when they aren't adding anything interesting to the mode. All the complaining is pretty annoying, I mean its just a game, but it does seem like one of the only ways to get things to change and have SDS see the frustration that has been building the last couple of years. It does feel like they are just re-packaging the same game, which is pretty pathetic.
