Is ranked no longer keeping records?

It is. But there’s a visual issue where it won’t show our records going into a game. You can see your ranked record and stats on the standings screen for the ranked season

You never have to see someone elses record before either if you just skip the intro. I would like them to fix so most of us who do want to see it can.
