How long does it take to get a response? My stubs are not syncing between the app and the console? What should I do?

Depends, I submitted a ticket and got no response for a week, replied to the auto response I got and they responded 2 days later saying they’re looking into it and will have more info soon, that was 3 days ago. Sooooo, who knows

@jluv0423_MLBTS I honestly don't know. I've been on this phone for many years. I don't think I've ever had any response ever regardless of what the situation is or was. I just don't think they reply
