Network Error when trying to play Diamond Dynasty

Unable to play online with other players on MLB 25 on the PS5 Console.

Deleted and reinstalled again last night and still nothing!! (Yes, we are a PS Plus member.)

Getting the following error: "Network Error - Your connection to the Show Online has been lost"

Has no problem or no errors when playing Diamond Dynasty online with other players on the PS4

My son got the game cd for Christmas but hasn't been able to play Diamond Dynasty at all.

What does it say at the top of the CD box? PS5 or PS4?

This sucks, it just hit me too. Can't play.
How can they let this [censored] happen. One thing for slow servers, but it doesn't work at all is beyond unacceptable.
