Face Scan Error?

I keep getting a notice that says that it can not recognize my face, even with a perfect naturally lit photo. Then it gives some sort of wild error code at the bottom in yellow?

Anybody have any luck fixing or troubleshooting this?

Same here. I’m trying to figure it out now, with no luck. Last year mine was perfect.
