Eh it’s no big deal and expect the expected. I’d also cater to the largest population.
They need to hit other teams with new cards like Willie McGee. Pepper them with Raines or Who followed Burnitz? Sexson?
Oh Brian Giles for Pittsburgh would be amazing. Pitt never gets new cards.

We have to have a Wetherholt coming up. He’s not exactly slaying in Jupiter but I imagine they’ll do a prospect sortve thing soon. Couple weeks, rosters aren’t finalized.
There is a Spring Breakout and a Budding Youth event happening Thursday along with a pack I am sure. With the two recent high draft picks and the young talent they traded for I would expect a couple of cards

I will try to hold off judgment until we see how often they give packs as rewards in the future, but those starting today are greeted with 3 packs already.
Seems like a missed chance in this porgram to give out a few more of those gold WBC packs

SDS took you not even a week to do something that is garbage to the players.
Gratz -- nice job
but at this point I am not surprised -- 2 packs and both normal you could not just be nice and give maybe an extra pack ( Patricks pack ) you have to be cute about it and use "luck" as the reason some might feel bad after doing the program.

@blitz77tw_MLBTS It's also so they can give out less than they appear to. Most people will look at it and think it's 50/50. It's probably more like 1:100.

I have gotten through the 3 packs and not one -- I am not mad maybe annoyed but I am not going to let SDS ruin this game for me. I will try and find the fun even when they try to tick me off but whatever ...

So what are the deal with the packs? I saw that they look like standard packs with the St Patrick's Day banner. Are they not just normal packs?

Ugh all 3 were regular show packs, something about the monetization of packs versus what we earn in game needs major adjusting. The pure gambling just to hope to get a pack is super scummy versus us earning a few of these considering there are a small handful of cards.

Whats funny is that the ONLY card in the St Patty's Day packs, that is worth more thsn the cost, is Trout.
And the odds to get him are 1/40.

That program is pretty poor for opening day.
Nothing beyond the small program, certain agendas requiring cards that will cost 25k stubs and only a 1 in 9 chance of a pack from the program.
I know why they're doing it, but it's not a great start if we're aiming for rewarding programs.
