Question, what's the point of watching SD for the free Twitch packs when you don't receive all of them? Also when the do the rest of the N & L packs drop? Only received half?

Weird. I completed all the missions on MLBTHESHOW 25 including the Beltran. Opened them in that app, but they're still not showing up in my 26 game. My username is the same too.

@Girldad04_PSN Can't answer about the twitch drops, but according to support (I submitted a ticket), the Now and Later packs were being rolled out and should all be distributed by the 18th. If you don't have them by the 18th, then you will need to submit a support ticket.
I only received 17 of the 26 packs, so I'm still missing 9 of them. If I don't have them by tomorrow, I'll reply to my ticket letting them know.
