WBC Mode Question

Please help me out here.
What is the easiest way to play with the actual roster in WBC mode?
Is it possible to upload a team that someone else built and use that as your team?
I’ve seen several people playing with the actual rosters and uniforms. For example, I saw a video of someone playing as Japan with Japan’s real roster and the correct jersey numbers. I’m just trying to get a better answer.
P.S. If we just had an exhibition mode, we wouldn’t have to worry about this mess. The whole point of the WBC is playing as your country with the real rosters against other real rosters. Having Aaron Judge on Puerto Rico and some goofy team name replacing a country makes absolutely no sense. Please fix this, SDS.
