social media?

Also, please post some acknowledgement that you are aware of and working on the fix. Even if no ETA is known. This is typical tech status communication protocol.

Every year red alert appears in the form header when servers are down for maintenance or a patch will be deployed, they may not have done it because this is a weekend I can't remember a patch on a weekend ever til this year.
They only communicate through bug reports and only if they need more info about the bug.
