Service Unavailable After Update/Maintenance

Logged in around 11 am EST this morning after the patch… don’t try to access your collections or progress on programs after this patch because it will just crash and send you back to the main menu. What is the point of spending extra money for early access if the game is not ready? I’m hoping this means we are getting free packs for this inconvenience and waste of play time.

It's an unfortunate occurrence every single year.
Almost as if Early Access is more about being part of a guinea pig test group to give the servers a trial run prior to mass release than it is about getting a headstart in the game.

I wonder if my pre-order payment was as inconsistent as your online services if I would still have access. Paid for early access and access is inconsistent. Please fix. And I hope we will be compensated with coins rather than the scripted company apology!

I believe one year it was so bad they actually did throw everyone a five or ten pack bundle, but that always isn't the case.

Everyone crying you can still see progress and rewards on the individual cards programs by going “My Inventory” and going to those set flashback cards and their you can see the programs and progress and keep the grind going.

I'm beyond fed up with the show series . If it's not one thing it's another . First you pay x amount for the early access and expect to get good cards when they should give you a 99 legend that is only available through the pre order deluxe version not any random legend that can be obtained like every other regular cards and then secondly with the servers being down after an update is just beyond ridiculous

Now I can’t access DD AT ALL! This is ridiculous. Paid for early access and can’t access. IF we are lucky, we will get a 5-bundle pack for our troubles. Oooooh, that’ll make it worth it! Now I’m getting a message saying my connection is lost due to network error.

Early access to what??? Early access to frustration, unprofessionalism, and no communication from SDS! Lesson learned. I will not waste my $ on pre-order any more!!!!!

No access here. Open the game and it just says Network Error - lost connection. Try opening DD and same message.
App won’t fetch data for me either and hasn’t all morning. Some folks said they could track things there but I don’t think it worked for everyone.
Terrible experience.

Man, I was up by three runs and about to get my first online win with one inning to go. I’m sure I’ll get tagged with the loss somehow. So annoying.

Sds should just put their game on steam early access for the first four days before releasing it and after the four days say hey we have left early access now the game is in full release
