On line stats are gone

In the game I know in the PlayStation there's a menu you can push where it shows your online stats. Historically, every year you've played amazingly. I played almost 500 games online ranked seasons last year and it even shows you your time played in each mode but it baffles me hell with over 500 games played. I have no online stats for last season and even the years prior. How are my stats missing when I played so so many games?
