How do you get him? I'm stuck on Boog and couldn't find anything in all of the settings menus to change it.

i chose him before the game starts in Conquest. You can get to choose the annoucers and PA annoucer

which one is that. the menus are so confusing. I was trying to find that easy starter DD program they do every year but can't find it. maybe it's not in the game. I see the Tulo one . I guess that replaced it.
I am having a lot of fun with 26 right now. maybe honeymoon period but who cares. I am suprised how much fun i'm having after being not excited at all coming in.

It's the progress tab, you'll find the starter program the wbc programs and TA there

Wish he was in all modes, I don't mind Boogs but they could add Flores to franchise mode to make the regional and national games seem different.

he's not in franchise to choose from? that's a big miss. Hopefully they can patch that.
