I know that the preorder price for the standard edition of MLBTS26 is 69 bucks but does it say anywhere how much the regular price would be at release? I am not too interested in spending extra bucks for 4 more days + packs so I am tryna see if I can save a few bucks and buy it at release.

The regular price will be the same. I also believe the early access only comes with the digital deluxe.
