Why didn't I get 30,000 XP Spin the Wheel?

When I got 30,000 xp, I never got to spin the wheel. I quit the game and restarted game and never got a pack or stubs. Eventhough I reached the 30,000 xp. What's going on?

@HERO-RICHARD_XBL you probably did get it and didn’t even realize it. Sometimes you get the animation late after you’ve already opened the pack.
