mods cards and market prices

Say if a person sell there card with mods on it, dose value of card is higher price then without the mods, or is it the same value of card price on both same no mods and or mods cards. thanks

Pxp amounts,mods and mission progress are unique to the person playing and are not part of the card,

Same way sales work now. If you sell a P5 to a person that has never owned the card previously, the purchaser receives a P0 card.
