Stadium Creator Updates?
-
@ShoeDudeSTL_MLBTS This is one of the best features they’ve added to the game. The problem is a complete lack of follow up on problems with it as well as improvements.

stadium creator might have been the most poorly designed feature ever in a video game. They went out of their way to make it suck.
Hyperbole much?

@x-814-x-MAFIA-x_PSN he won’t see it, probably already blocked you. This is a guy that either won’t buy it, or buy it expecting something that was never mentioned and cry here and on Reddit all day.
I totally understand people being PO’d or disappointed with the direction of this game. But at some point, move on. And the answer to the usual “but it’s the only licensed game we have” is yes and accept it for what it is, or again, move on.

I agree. It's an awesome idea. They just need to invest in it more.

@Dolenz_PSN sorry my sarcasm didn't land with you. I'll try to provide pictures next time. Obviously they didn't intend for it to suck.

They didn't?
I maintain that making it substandard was SDS's intent and remains their strategy. The customers can design stadiums to play in, but the option will always ensure those stadiums remain substandard.
I think one can fairly substitute the word suck for substandard. So yes, I truly think SDS did intend for Stadium Creator to suck. It's just when it first came out, we in the creator community figured it was a first draft and over time SDS would work to make it better. When that failed to happen, all sorts of competing thoughts emerged to explain the lack of updates.
Then last year, when we finally unlocked something we've begged to see for years, and SDS did the one software change to SC to try to shut that option down, we learned without question their strategy. We could have SC, but only as a second rate stadium development tool, ensuring no stadium made with it could compete with what SDS put in the game.
Where I come from, brother, that's firmly in the camp of "intending for it to suck!"
