If you really want to buy an older game, I would recommend 22 because that was the year before they overhauled the hitting engine -

I was hoping to play with some of the past players like Omar Vizquel, Mo Vaughn, Albert Bell, Ichiro, Lofton etc I wasn’t sure if the older games had different players. I’ll probably stick with 25 until I see if 26 is worth it

@BeeKazz-26_PSN If you specifically want to use those guys, 19 might be the best. I think all except Belle and Vaughn were in that year. Don’t think Vaughn ever has been. Belle was in for a year and gone in 18 I think.

@BeeKazz-26_PSN yeah I personally wouldn't recommend purchasing any of the previous games either... now if you can somehow get your hands on a previous game then go for it just from a curiosity standpoint but doesn't seem worth the time to go back especially with how limited those games are now... enjoy 25 for the next 3-4 weeks ad then shift your attention to 26 if you are going to get it at launch.

@Easy_Duhz_It__PSN you see the servers are down but for which games? Because MLB 21 the show online service still work 22, 23, 24. Those servers still work online as well. So which servers are down?

I think that’s the best except I’ll wait for a sale on 26 and see if they get the bugs fixed because there always seem to be bugs at the release of a lot of games
