Retired Numbers - Off/On Feature

Does anyone know if this is a feature in Franchise Mode (or other modes) that can be turned off? Would be great to see implemented in MLB 26.

Also, wondering if user FaceScans will be specifically for RTTS still or if it has transcended to Franchise mode.

No, there is no way to turn off retired numbers in franchise mode.
