I still have the 1st Aaron Judge Steal Case on Display & I LOVE it till this day!! I also have every other ,"Collector's Edition" Steal Book, Box, & (what I think is tied for the best part) The Matching Hats in those Great Colors!!
I along with many of my friends could not wait to see who was going to be on the cover for the next year and what the case & especially the baseball cap was going to look like..!! This year i can not even buy the upgraded edition with a steal case and MY FAVORITE PLAYER wearing My Favorite Teams Jersey is supposedly "The Cover Athlete".... COVER OF WHAT..!!?? The Commercial...??
It's much more then disappointing it's plain disheartening & pretty much soul crushing... Seems like after the negro league year that was slower in collectable sales category Sony SD decided to just give up on everyone else's favorite players and teams and said let's do the cheapest release we can and make ALL the money we can and that's NOT what Baseball OR Gaming is or should be about..!!!
To seriously compete in "Diamond Dynasty" you have to spend half a paycheck a month anyway so I'm pretty sure you guys are

PLEASE PLEASE Re-Think this poor strategy that i'm sure someone in a suit, in a boardroom came up with to improve profits!

PLEASE PUT OUT AN AARON JUDGE COLLECTIBLES EDITION w/ Steal Case & NYC,NYY, Judge Hat (pinstripes would be amazing) that has the deluxe edition in game items on it...

PS- am I crazy or does anyone feel like I do..?? Please let me know other MLB The Show Fans!
    Thanks.....🫡⚾️

You have to spend half a paycheck a month to compete in DD? They literally give you cards just for playing the game.

@Easy_Duhz_It__PSN Even last year when they made making stubs even harder, I had the live series done within ~6 weeks and had almost every card in the game no money spent. It’s annoying that they are continuously making it harder to make stubs, but you certainly don’t have to buy them to compete.

Half a paycheck? I hope you’re just a paperboy or something because if you’re spending hundreds a month on this game you’re just wasting your money.

I’ve never bought stubs. Only the digital deluxe version a couple of years. And I’ve never had any issue getting any card I’ve wanted.

Dude…half a paycheck? Look we all know they went out of their way to nerf stub-making the past couple years…but they practically give you decent cards that you don’t need to buy…heck you can earn even better ones just by playing the programs and stuff.

When was the last time they had a hat in the collectors edition?

I am not sure what you mean by games not being for the fans? Is it simply because you did not get an option for a collectors edition this year?

I personally think Pujols should be on the cover so they never could have satisfied us both even with a collectors edition.

Seriously. When people say dumb [censored] like "you gotta spend half a paycheck to compete" all i can think is they must be a casual. One of those people that buys the game, plays a few times and gives up on it because its too much of a "grind" and you're not gonna have the best cards in the game 2 weeks in.

I have every card in the game and 4 million stubs and have not spent a dime on this game. All you have to do to earn stubs is play the game
