Anyone know when ordering the digital edition of The Show 26, for the Xbox X in my case, that I'll be able to pre download/pre install the game before early access?

Yes. Usually 1 week before Early Access.
its only a partial download too. The rest downloads as you go through the painful tutorial as soon as release drops.
It's typically 48 hours before release, unless that changed since the last time I preordered which I want to say was MLB The Show 24 or 23.
