Red Dead 2 is an incredible game on 1 player story mode but six weeks doesn’t seem like enough time to enjoy that one but it sure is awesome

I’ve been messing around with Flight Simulator on PS5.

Hogwarts....this game is absolutely draining right now. I need to platinum this thing today, and i should have it done....these collections are a pain in the [censored] though.

Love Flight Sim. I tend to go in spurts though. Most recently I have done 30 legs in a Cessna 172, touring around the States. I even used AI, like I did with this game, to create an app for tracking and planning my trip. Mainly I am now waiting for PS VR2 support. I used to pay it in VR on PC and it was FANTASTIC

I have played through it twice and I have enjoyed it immensely each time. I have never understood the need to Platinum a game though. They always seemed like arbitrary goals that can sometimes turn a fun game into a tedious slog. But maybe that is just the old guy in me. I think my only platinum's are the ones you can get for simply playing through a game to completion.

I hate having incomplete goals when i know its attainable. I only platinum games that dont have ridiculous trophy lists though. By the time i was halfway through this one, i realized exactly how many collectibles there were and i was too close to completion to just walk away.

I just checked and only got 64% of the Trophies in Hogwarts. A bunch show hidden, which is a pet peeve of mine, and others, like Breed one of every creature, just did not seem like it would be enjoyable.

On PS5, you can reveal the hidden ones by going to the trophy list and pressing the options button. Most of the hidden ones were story and side quest related. And the breeding animals trophy was one of the easiest ones. All you have to do is catch a few animals, release them in the vivarium with the breeding pen and go about your day.

Does anyone here do "City Builders"? For example, "Cities: Skylines" or related? I just like to zone out once in a while...

I have tried a few in the past but they are not really in my wheelhouse.
I've spent the last couple of days with AI turning The Show 25's card database into an incremental timewaster. Most of the time has been spent trying to get the game sims to at least be in the realm of possibility.
You start out with a scrub team and earn training points by swimming games, which can then be spent upgrading one of your cards, hopefully culminating in an all 99 team that can win th WS.
Still a ways to go though
