Why cant I find the PA options to change it to other people that are PA?

I tried looking for the option one day but I couldn't find them at all. I wonder if the Nintendo Switch version of MLB the show 25 doesn't have it or not.

When you load into a RTTS or Franchise game, the part where you choose the game weather, there's an option for PA announcers.
