Intriguing changes to gameplay. It sounds like defense is getting a boost. That's fine so long as the boost offense accordingly.
I play on default sliders in manage mode. Hopefully the do extensive testing to get it right without adjusting sliders.

I have zero interest in anything but franchise and this forum exists to discuss franchise. Thus I posted under the franchise forum in order to discuss the franchise aspects of the upcoming game. Do you have an opinion about the franchise announcements?

The very much self-appointed forum police officer wears a badge that doesn't exist, never has, and frankly for his constant attacks on people should have been shown the door long ago!
My earnest advice is to simply block his account. You'll never see another thing he writes again, as if he doesn't exist. The only reason I saw his rantings is because you quoted him. In short, he isn't worth your time, and of course you had every right to post your OP as you did.

Some of us notice the multiple threads because we use forum views that show all subforum messages intermixed. Shoot, most of the time I am not even paying attention to the subforum that a message was posted in.
But if someone just plays franchise and only ever looks at that sub-forum then there would be no way for them to easily know that there are other threads in other sub-forums.
In the end it is far easier for us to ignore the duplicate thread than to ask people to perform searches before they post any new thread.

Thanks. I'm not familiar with the personalities who post here. I just enjoy discussing franchise having played it for a very long time. If my post irritate people then just don't reply. It certainly is not my intention. It seems like some people go out of their way to be irritated by insignificant things.
In the past they have announced new features that were poorly implemented. These sound interesting if done right. I refuse to adjust sliders. Getting the game to play right is what developers get paid for. Best case scenario they do this right. With new attributes it's clear there will be no Y2Y saves because current players wouldn't have those new attributes and Y2Y is the reason I skipped MLBTS24. These new features along with new ball dynamics sound promising but I'll wait to hear more before I commit to buying MLB26 and throwing away my current franchise.

This forum is for franchise users.

Even better! New lineup logic. Like that was necessary! I actually do play franchise and I don't think this addition has any sort of significance in the slightest.
