My whole squad reset?

I was playing last night just fine went to work and hopped on after and my whole squad was wiped collections said collected but are blank when i enter and on the companion app everything is normal i have tried restarting game and console and am currently reinstalling the game and am checking in the morning but has this happened to anyone else?
