Moonshot Event

Just decided to play maybe my first event round this year. What a pointless game mode. 74 rated pitchers. Foul tip after foul tip after foul tip after foul tip over and over and over again. I would be curious to know what SDS was thinking on this one. I quit before I even got an at bat due to how silly the game mode is. Put an event on legend or HOF difficulty with no limits or themed limits at our choosing not whatever this is. If someone wants to play on AS let them. The game mode is a complete waste and makes 0 sense yet I need to grind it for ranked rewards.

The point of the event is to boost your hitting stats and get PXP.

What do you think a Moonshot event is?

Usually they limit it to 64 ovr pitchers. I figured this moonshot would double serve as a knuckleball event since extending it to 74 means you can use Matt Waldron.

I swear when I play the moonshot events the ball is always dead and I end up with low scoring games and no power again bronze pitchers
Then ranked you get like 10 runs against 99 diamonds
I think events are broken this year. I feel like I hit 100% better in ranked games compared to events
