Wander Franco???

I have 21 cards to get Franco. I haven't locked them in though. Bought 10 of them during the Prospect plunge and now that they're going back up and I am unsure if I want to do the collection or get back the stubs.
Could also buy Helton and Duke to get the 75 program stars with that stubs I earn.
Is Wander good enough to do the collection or should I just save the stubs for 75 stars or future content releases?

He’s starting to mash for me.
Started off very slow with him though. He’s sort of just a card to flex with in my opinion. Best SS out there, but not by a lot.
He will be outdone probably pretty soon at short stop.
