Custom leagues log in.

Almost all of the members of our 18 team league cannot get into the league (The Elite 18). The only two members, who can, use Xbox. The rest use PS5. Everyone gets the same error, "Your connection to the show online has been lost." Has anyone else experienced this message? If so, is there a fix for this. We just finished our season and right before the first playoff game, this happens.

@Marlin_Legend_PSN I get into mine just fine and im on PS5. Seems cross-play is a big headache .
Try this for 2 PS5 owners go turn cross play off u half to toggle 2 times for it to stick. But see if those 2 guys can play.
The other issue is make sure theres no unfilled teams or roster issues.

Thank you for the reply. We have already started a new league and moved all the players, so we could start our playoffs. A committed group of men, in this league.
I will definitely try the fixes you mentioned.
