Miami Marlins aren't Expansion Era?
-
They're not included in the Conquest. They were an expansion team WAY after teams like Mariners and Padres. And I believe they came in the same year as the Rockies.
Yes, it's a little thing that doesn't actually affect gameplay but it still bothers me.
If SDS can't get the simple things right, we can't expect them to get the harder things right.

Toronto is missing as well, they came in at the same time as Seattle

You are correct. Both the Marlins and the Rockies were expansion teams in MLB, announced on 17 November 1992. So, SDS blundered here significantly. I would normally say submit a trouble ticket, but from what I've gathered, SDS doesn't have the staff dedicated to fixing bugs like this. Stuff is just being dumped out as quick as possible with the time schedule dictating the release vice the quality.

True.
Even the U.S. map is as divided as the country really is, in a sense, sadly. -
This map is also just west coast teams. I would imagine we will get another with east coast teams on Friday, or next week.

Extreme Conquest this year will be one team. On Goat. Opponent is all 99's and you have to use a team of 64's or lower.

Here is MLB The Shows list of teams for the Diamond Quest
Heads up, Diamond Dynasty players!
In the Expansion Era Diamond Quest, only players from Expansion Era teams are allowed (AZ, COL, HOU, KC, LAA, MIA, MIL, NYM, SD, SEA, TB, TEX, TOR, WSH).
So if they are listed in the above post but not in the Conquest Map it was a choice. There are more teams not on the map than there are ones that are.

I agree it was a choice for SDS. But it was a TERRIBLE choice.
I mean Arizona, Colorado, and MIAMI are by far the newest expansion teams.
If the plan was one West Coast Conquest and one East Coast, then it will make sense. If not, then this was a simple, stupid oversight on their part.
